We visited Heim Café Santos on May 15th and had a fantastic brunch experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. We tried the Cosmic Sausage, Mexican Breakfast, Lucky Avocado, and the Crème Brûlée Brioche with orange citrus sauce. Had an amazing late brunch here, with the amazing waiter Ivo. He took care of our dietary requirements, was constantly making sure we didn’t need anything, and overall was incredibly helpful. Great service from him. Other than that, the food was great. I got the breakfast croissant with the iced matcha latte. If you like your matcha on the sweeter side maybe try the strawberry matcha because the normal matcha was nice but had no sweetener. Ivo was fantastic and gave us excellent, friendly service. He even let us know of other places to visit from the same owners. We will be checking each one of them as the food here at Heim was five star quality. Fresh ingredients and excellent skill went into each of the dishes preparation and presentation. I came from Ecuador with my mom and my aunt for holidays. And it was the perfect place to share a brunch and try delicious food. My favorite one the breakfast croissant everything is good. Of course, we are going to come back tomorrow 🙌❤️.

I've been eyeing up this dish since they posted it online one year ago. Did it live up to the hype & was it worth flying from Ireland for it? YES. I will never order French Toast anywhere ever again as I know nothing else will ever compare. Complete & utter perfection. Please keep it on the menu forever! Huge portion so if you’re planning on having this I’d advise you to go hungry. Staff were also so friendly & kind. Location is fantastic on a beautiful Lisbon street. I will remember this forever 🧡
